🎉 Celebrating our first employee joining us on an apprenticeship

Cai Jackson started his plumbing apprenticeship through our School of Rock in December. School of Rock is our innovative company platform for training, developing and growing talent in our employees and is a really effective route to strengthening the skills we have in our organisation.

Cai will be supported on his apprenticeship journey by the team, under the guiding hand of his line manager, Peter Flavell. Peter says: “We are very pleased to welcome Cai Jackson into our team as an apprentice Plumber and Mechanical Services Engineer. I firmly believe that offering craft apprenticeships is the way forward in order to futureproof the building services engineering industry. We are very keen to ensure that this is the first of many apprenticeships that Rock Compliance will be entering into, and I look forward to sharing my industry knowledge with Cai and supporting him every step of the way.”
