🎓 Working at the University of York

We have just started work at the University of York, where we are carrying out pre-commissioning and commissioning of twelve new student accommodation blocks and one new student hub, built using offsite construction/MMC.

This is part of a major transformation of the site, in line with the university’s Campus for the Future masterplan. The location has fantastic views of the lake and surrounding parkland and will provide modern, stylish accommodation for the growing student body as well as being a huge selling point for attracting new applicants.

Our pre-commissioning and commissioning service will allow the residence and hub to open safely and compliantly, and also supports sustainable, energy efficient operations.

We were brought in to this exciting development by our long-standing client Stothers M&E Ltd, with whom we have worked successfully on many previous projects.
