Installation and maintenance

At Rock Compliance, our mechanical and electrical compliance department offers everything from installation to maintenance, and provide design support. This means that whatever you need, whether maintaining existing mechanical and electrical building services or installing new systems, our national team has the expertise and capacity to deliver it quickly and efficiently.

A highly skilled workforce

M&E installations are a complex area of your business. Work should only be undertaken by skilled and technically trained engineers, highly knowledgeable about the systems they are handling.

Team Rock’s mechanical and electrical compliance division carries out G20 and G30, standard and elevated pressure gas system, including installation, testing and servicing to every type of gas fired system, in line with the Safe Use of Gas statutory regulations, and provides design support.

Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and trained in all aspect of gas fired system operations and requirements. We are also fully conversant with 35, 28 and 3500 second fuel oil systems, including fuel oil distribution systems and oil fired appliances on a commercial and industrial basis. Our engineers are OFTEC approved for works of this nature and are all cognisant with oil-fired system operations.

Keep your M&E equipment operating correctly

We deal with air conditioning and heat pump systems from installation and commissioning, covering DX, VRV, VRF, single and multiple split system installs, and have access to experienced F GAS trained engineers.  We can also support in the design.

The installation and commissioning of building ventilation systems, including overhaul and installation of air handling units (AHUs), is another service offered by the Team Rock M&E compliance engineers. In addition, we deal with heating systems including steam, high temperature hot water (HTHW), low temperature hot water (LTHW), domestic hot and cold water systems, as well as chilled water system repairs and installation, including installation and maintenance of chiller units.

Our integrated electrical division is fully NIC/EIC accredited. This covers installation and commissioning of commercial and industrial electrical maintenance and installations. All our electrical engineers are fully trained in line with current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations for electrical works. We also deal with all aspects of works involving standard or bespoke Building Management Systems (BMS).
