Preparing for launch at Oxford University

Our pre-commissioning and commissioning team has had another prestigious project win for work to be carried out at the University of Oxford’s new Institute for Developmental and Regenerative Medicine (IDRM) at the Old Road Campus.

We will be doing pre-commission cleaning of heating (LTHW) and chilled (CHW) pipework systems, and commissioning of ventilation systems and closed and domestic water systems, as well as incoming main chlorination and full building chlorination for handover.

The 6,000sqm, 3-storey building has a number of laboratories with write-up spaces for each of the three research themes – cardiology, neurology and immunology – with shared meeting and seminar rooms. There is also a specialist/ancillary lab for life sciences research.
