Mark Taylor, who many of you will know as our Chief Operating Officer, has now stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer.

He brings ambitious aims and a bold new vision to take us into the next stage of our development as we work tirelessly to achieve our goal of being the UK’s leading provider of compliance services – something we’re getting closer to every day.

Mark places huge emphasis on the importance of having an open and collaborative company culture in which every voice is heard and valued. This promotes more effective two-way communication, empowering every colleague to reach their true potential and provide even better service to our customers throughout the UK.

Mark says, “2024 was a year of great achievement, change and development for the company and I’m excited to see our vision come to life throughout 2025. I’d like to thank our departing CEO Colin for his hard work and dedicated leadership that has brought us to this fantastic point. Thank you also to the board of Rock Compliance for the trust they’ve placed in me – I’m confident that, working together, Team Rock will achieve even greater things.”
