There are engineering and environmental factors causing problems here. The overflow shouldn’t be there, the sink looks like it’s not draining, the tap itself has a flow straightener, and more than likely the drain for this basin is not at the base of the sink. What’s more, the sealant is also possibly coming away at the base of the tap, and no way should that type of foaming soap be used to disperse the contaminants. To make it even worse, the person using the sink isn’t bare below the elbows.
All goes to show how important it is to bring in the experts…
