Cavendish House, 5 The Avenue,
Egham Surrey, TW20 9AB
Rock Compliance Egham is one of our largest offices. It has its own dedicated team as well as providing a workplace for other Account Managers when they are passing close by. Surrey is an ideal base from which to serve customers in nearby London and across the South of England. This busy, vibrant team always works hard to minimise risk, deliver compliance, and make it simple for our clients.
We offer the full range of compliance services from the Egham office – water hygiene, air hygiene, water treatment, mechanical and electrical compliance, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and training. Whatever your compliance needs, Rock Compliance Egham is here to help!
Although it’s only 20 miles from London, Egham is surrounded by beautiful countryside, especially Windsor Great Park and the Surrey Hills. If thrills and spills are what you’re after, Thorpe Park, with its rides, shows and accommodation, is close by. If Thorpe Park was having issues with its mechanical and electrical compliance we’d be happy to jump aboard the Colossus rollercoaster and advise!
Just 15 minutes by train takes you to Windsor, so you might want to pop in to the castle (the oldest occupied castle in the world) for a cup of tea with the King and Queen. If they’re not in, you can always pay the entrance fee and have a guided tour around this fascinating Royal residence, followed by a cruise along the River Thames.
Eton College is also close by. Famous alumni include Eddie Redmayne, Tom Hiddleston, George Orwell, Ian Fleming, Boris Johnson and Princes William and Harry. There is a way to get in without the hard work and nearly £50k a year fees – it’s open for Heritage Tours on Friday afternoons and museum and gallery visits on Sunday afternoon.
Egham is the closest town to Runnymede, the site at which King John famously signed Magna Carta, or ‘The Great Charter’, in 1215.
Magna Carta is one of the most famous documents in the world. It established for the first time the principle that everybody, including the King, was subject to the law. Although a lot of it was rewritten shortly after it was signed, and almost all the clauses have been repealed in modern times, it remains a cornerstone of the British constitution.
