Meet Kavita Varma

On International Women in Engineering day, we would like to introduce you to Team Rock member Kavita Varma.

Kavita started her career as a graduate in chemical engineering within the water industry 10 years ago. She has worked across a number of established sites and carried out a varied range of services, from cooling tower and boiler compliance checks in the field to servicing pumps and equipment to ensure efficacy of water treatment within water systems.

Her current role with Rock Compliance involves the management of key national contracts in water and air compliance with a large aspect of technical consultancy.  She says, “No two days are ever the same, which not only brings variety to my day but ensures I’m always on my toes, remaining proactive and resilient in an ever-changing world.”
